To be health you will need to eat 5 lots of vegetable’s and 2 peiceas of friut a day.When you go to the park or the beach put sun screen on couse if you dont you can get sun burnt or you could get sun cancer.the more

Hi Kayla! Great to hear you are doing a project on healthy eating! I hope you will report what you find out here.

I did a quick Google Search and I found some interesting websites about Healthy eating including here - http://www.kidshealthandfitness.org.au. Let me know what you think! ;)

I think my favourite food might be chocolate! But when I’m trying to be healthy I like crunchy salads and watermelon is my favourite fruit. What’s your favourite food?

Hi Kayla,
First of all I love your new background. It looks like a tulip. I’ll have lots of tulips in my garden in about 2 months, we have some snow to get rid of first!

Another way to stay healthy is to be active. I take classes at a gym and when the weather improves I walk/run outside. My daughter plays hockey and lacrosse. What type of activities do you like to do?
